How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders over $40. Smaller orders pay a flat $4.99.
Will it arrive before the holidays?
For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 5. Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow it the whole way.
What if it doesn't work for my pet?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or just not a fit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our refund policy.
